Okay, I know this sounds totally ridiculous as I live in Sunny Florida, but I think I have not been getting enough sunshine! We must be in the rainy season because it's been a whole lot of dark and gloom. For some reason, where we live, it can't seem to just do that convenient little afternoon thundershower and then go back to being sunny. It can rain at any time of the day and sometimes all day or even for a few days in a row.

Stuck indoors, you'd have thought I'd be right on top of keeping the house in order, but with no sunlight, I don't seem to move. So I just sat around while the table top clutter increased and that made me glum. Before I knew it, the mess was debilitating. And I still wasn't even aware of what was going on.

Yesterday evening was night so I grabbed a bite with the girls and felt like a new woman just for sitting outside in the pleasant (even if balmy) breeze. That is all it took! I don't know why I have to keep learning how much I depend upon sunlight. When it is gloomy I have to really make an effort to get outside the moment it stops raining. Everything flows better.
