| Saw the link on TBW and recognise a lot of my Fellow TBWers ![]() I decided I needed to join - I am 5ft 4in and over 50lbs overweight. That's not good. To think that I managed to lose 25lbs and maintain that through pregnancy, only to have put it all back on just in the last 8 or 9 months... that is depressing! I used to be able to run 5k fairly easily too - now I am out of breath after 3 flights of stairs... Ladies, please kick me off the sofa and away from the naughty food!!! | Welcome! Anything is a step in the right direction! Dietary improvements, more movement, getting a regular routine, whatever it is. It all helps. It is so much more difficult to do this with kids! Especially little ones. My youngest is 4 and this is the first real comeback we've both made since becoming parents. We've got a long way to go but just getting off the couch and starting the program is huge. |
